/// miami 21 anyone?

I was wondering whats going on with Miami 21? Last I heard the city commissioner had cancelled a meeting back in March. I went into the Miami 21 official website and there is a Final draft for the Code dated April 2008 and meetings scheduled throughout September. Miami 21 is a guidelines code for Miami-Dade that regulates emphasizing form/shape between buildings, street and open space based on smart-growth, it flees away from the "zoning" via use/density concept. I have my hopes that this code can help with making Miami a feel good city.
